Disabled accessible & great location
Great location, disabled accessible (my mom uses crutches and this was perfect), great for groups with separate rooms and shared living space. It was especially cold when we visited and I was worried it wouldn’t heat up with the high ceilings but the heaters worked really well and quickly. Really loved our stay.
Below expectations. Small with cheap furniture and way too hot with window seized shut.
Pros: Location was good. Free parking included. Cons: Didnt match pictures at all.Thought we were getting quite a grand place with wood panelled walls (as shown on Booking.com) but it was a small bland apartment. Boiling hot with one bedroom window damaged and unable to be opened. Only 1 fan for the apartment (even after multiple reuests to proivide an extra fan - one for each bedroom). Sofa bed used as sofa is damaged and uncomfortable (this has been raised in feedbcak for ages and they still have not fioxed or replaced it). Free parking is good but hassle picking up / dropping off the pass.

Location was great but very very noisy as above restaurants and pubs.
Pros: It was clean Cons: The sofa bed was broken One of showers didn’t work Tv didn’t work I reported all of this and was told that maintenance would be in formed but nothing was fixed and no communication what so ever No A/C, only 1 fan for 3 rooms Definitely won’t be going back. Not the best service
