A pleasant stay, with a couple of things

Pros: The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and hospitality really made a positive difference to my stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals there. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Cons: Unfortunately, the shower and bath water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot. I wanted to have a bath but eventually had to boil water in the kettle and add it to the bath to make it warm enough. I appreciate this may have been an issue specific to my room or during my particular stay, b

Superb hotel. Like a second home

Pros: The bedrooms were big, the bed was lovely. The service here is exceptional. You’re treated like family. The food is delicious. What a place. Cons: Nothing

The bathroom was really big

The bathroom was really big. Also the breakfast was very good

Helpful and friendly staff

Pros: My sister and I were impressed with the reception staff, especially Celine who was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Cons: We might have had breakfast, except it finished too early at 9am on the day we checked out.
