Poor relation of Marriott Brand
AC Hotels is clearly the poor relation of the Marriott brand. Staff training is poor too as those responsible for prepping the rooms left a lot to be desired. Hotel paper invoice states AC Hotel, yet credit card entry says IBIS Hotels. Queuing to register took a total of twenty minutes as only one receptionist was on duty, yet plenty of other staff were walking by. The room was small, just big enough for the MASSIVE wall mounted flat screen TV. Bed was comfy and aircon good. No tissues in the container in the bathroom and needed to ask for more sugar, tea and some spoons!!! Breakfast was ok bu
