AC Hotel Review
We stayed at the hotel for four nights this past week and had a great experience overall. There was some inconvenience with our room keys but Lalo at the front desk was absolutely wonderful throughout the situation. She was incredibly kind and apologetic every time we needed assistance. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. Thank you Lalo for making our stay so special

Excellent stay
We stayed here for 6 nights while moving residences. Customer service here was excellent, especially Karlo at the front desk. He went above and beyond figuring out a better parking situation for us during our extended stay. The breakfast options were extensive and housekeeping was thorough. Location is convenient to highway and restaurants.
Amazing service from Lali at the front desk
I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Lali at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and is great at what she does. Her customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Definitely appreciate Lali and the rest of the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
Front Desk Sydney Rocks!
We've been here three times in the last two months. Valet service is usually good, with the occasional kid who acts like he really doesn't want to be there, but the front desk is a different story. We've arrived later in the evening the last two times to be greeted by Sydney. She remembered us from our last stay and even upgraded our room. She's a gem. I love her attitude and how she represents the Marriott brand we all love. Give her a raise. She's the real deal. Sydney, keep going! You're a rising star. Oh and Starbucks is always on point. We love it here!
