Pros: The breakfast was superb, plenty of lovely food & drinks . Beautiful hotel and pleasant surroundings, I picked this hotel as I wanted to stay in an old building with lots of character. I wasn't disappointed!! I would definitely stay again. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was ideal the traditional room was large with high ceiling plenty of light from big windows large bathroom with shower good car parking food very nice Cons: We missed out on the toast at breakfast a trainee member of the team was not exactly customer service skilled in her approach and attitude failing to take our order after laying the table. So a bit disappointing but all credit to the chef for a fantastic cooked breakfast

Pros: Very spacious apartment in a unique historic location with royal link. Breakfast was really nice. Location is perfect, easy to walk to the floating bridge for a dinner in Cowes harbor. Cons: Staff at breakfast was not so motivated.

Pros: Convenient for bus services. Terminus five minutes walk from ferry terminal. Didn't need a car and went to Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin, Newport and Alum Bay by bus. Cons: Nothing.
