Good location, but feel uncomfortable that owner took photo of my credit card.
Pros: Location is good, heating is good, TV is good.
Cons: It was quite unusual that the owner took a photo of the back of my credit card, including all of the card details. I was shocked. She noticed my reaction and asked whether I was comfortable with her doing that. I told her I would prefer that she didn't, so she immediately deleted the photo. Even though she deleted it, I still feel uncomfortable about the incident. As a precaution, I now need to cancel the card and request a replacement.

A very comfortable stay close to the ARO hospital for a family member receiving treatment.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating. It was a bonus having parking available.

We have stayed at Alexander Inn and we always enjoy our stay there
Pros: Room was very comfortable and well sized
Cons: The shower is too small and dated. It needs refurbishing. The rest of the bathroom was excellent.
