Pros: Localisation was ok Cons: Broken wardrobe. Broken and dirty furniture ( bed leg) broken side bed cupboard. No toilet cover, broken shower cabinet. Missing parts of bathroom sink.

Perfect scene for a true crime documentary
Pros: Price, location, free parking Cons: Not clean, blood stains and damage on beds, iron burns on the carpet, some areas of the floor squishy, shower door runners so mouldy they wouldn't stay in the guides, shower head height adjustment not working, shower stuck on very hot setting, stained towels, sinks not attached to the wall, stained pillow cases, strange baby doll leg found near bed. The room had murder scene vibes.
