Pros: The hotel was excellent in every respect, but the staff and the view were truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The view was simply breathtaking. Watching the river and the sunset over Rotterdam from the hotel was an unforgettable experience. The combination of the beautiful scenery, excellent service, and comfortable facilities made our stay truly special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Helpful and attentive staff... Cons: Bed sheets, pillows, blankets. Were dirty (blood stains) Windows were completely dirty (hardly can look out).
