short but intense
A perfect stay! The room is well taken care of in every detail and the owner is very kind and super welcoming. Special mention for breakfast: the homemade sweets are simply top-notch and the cappuccino is definitely better than the one at the bar. We will definitely come back.

Kindness makes the real difference
Beautiful and spacious place. Clean rooms. Parking space. All in a quiet area but the real difference is made by the host. She knew how to advise us on where to eat, where to have fun, and how to see Assisi. With a homemade breakfast better than many hotels.
