Another outstanding vacation at Atelier Playa Mujeres.
Our 14 night stay was flawless! We are huge fans of this resort and will return again very soon. Our butlers Martin and Aline were brilliant, they were always available (via WhatsApp) to answer any questions we had, in fact, there was a minor maintenance issue in our room and it was fixed within 30 mins!! We are creatures of habit lol, we ate lunch at the Consentida buffet every day, our waiter was Ricardo, he was kind and so helpful. Christmas 2025 at our home away from home.
The greatest place to celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed every minute of our time. Our butlers Aline and Martin were the best! They took care of our every need, so professional and kind. We visited all of the restaurants and enjoyed the variety of food they offered, It was very busy during our stay but we had no problems getting reservations. Had breakfast most mornings at La Consentida where Luz and her team took very good care of us. I have to mention the Christmas Eve gala dinner which was held at Mercado 19, it was absolutely amazing! Beware of extra charges for your stay
Beautiful grounds, very attentive staff, good food. Expensive. And one would expect everything is included for $1400 a night. Except spa, Maria Dolores restaurant and very special New Year celebrations evening they charge additional $400 per table on the beach. Or and when you check out tips are charged to your card too, about $55 a day. So dont bother to tip in cash, those don’t count:). 90 minutes sale time share/vacation resort speech with gave you a couple massage at the spa though. Nice bonus. Would we come back? Probably not.

Dreaming of our return to Atelier!!
We just returned from our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—modern luxury meets nature in the best way possible—but what truly sets this place apart is the people. The level of service here is world-class.
