Cons: The worst hotel he has ever stayed in his life and he does not know how it reached this level of rating. Firstly, there was a smell at the hotel entrance, secondly, the hotel entrance looks like a residential building and is located on a street filled with cooking smells. Thirdly, he requested room cleaning by phone and no one showed up. He went down when leaving the hotel and informed them that he wanted the room to be cleaned. Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and super friendly. Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Cons: Only the fact that we didn't get to sample the hotel's pool and spa area as we had trips booked and early starts every day. Will return again soon
