I like this hotel but I believe that the lack of supervision for the housekeeping staff will be detr
Pros: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is okay. Really like the fact that I could get coffee all day long. Cons: When we checked in, the lady at the desk had a bad cold. She wasn't wearing a mask nor did she have any hand sanitizer. I guess that the lessons learned from covid were soon forgotten.The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the standard that it should be for a hotel. The rooms were acceptable. The garbage cans around the lobby were dirty. I stayed there 3 days and the tops of the garbage containers near the food service area were dirty. They changed the bags but they nev

Good place to stay
Pros: Clean. Beds are comfortable. Cons: They stop offering hot water for tea in the lobby in the PM hours.

For a short stay, motel was adequate.
Pros: The breakfast was adequate. The comfort of the room was good. Location was good. Cons: Staff wasn't available at the desk in the afternoon and evening. We had an issue with the heating/cooling unit when we arrived. Was informed there wasn't any management or maintenance available until morning. I was able to somewhat fix the loud rattling, but it still was way too loud. Only option that was made to us was completely turn off heating/cooling unit. Second day we asked for cleaning of our room. No towels were put in room.
