Upset as still not received my refund for the price difference of replacement hotel in Amsterdam.
Pros: We ended up cancelling our booking with B & B Hotels due to its location and overall set up, found very inconvenient reaching to the location as by train from the airport, then bus, then about 30 minutes of walking and crossing through a temporary bridge under construction made us really upset. It didn't meet our expectations out of six other hotels we stayed throughout our recent trip in Europe and Scandinavia. Cons: Mainly their hotel location, reception, front setup and customer service of front desk staff.
