An excellent B&B, ideal for attending NEC and very helpful and friendly host, Victoria.
Pros: Excellent breakfast choice. Victoria was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cons: Horrible road works making travel stressful.

Best stay not too far from NEC
Pros: Location is fantastic. The place looks amazing from the outside and inside. Incredibly well maintained. Lovely in room amenities. Quiet. Beds super comfy. Rooms refreshed daily. Fridge in room. Breakfast incredible. Hosts were amazing aswell could do enough for us and lively to chat to. Whenever im back in Birmingham theres only one place ill be staying at its at the Barncroft. Thank you! Cons: Nothing

Would definitely book again if I’m in the area
Pros: Top notch property with a top notch host who went the extra mile to make to make our stay as comfortable as possible Cons: Very clean and well appointed
