Pros: Was perfect, staff were so nice and friendly, the place was very nice, clean, had everything you need for the stay, location was great. Only 5 or 10 min walk to the city and most of everything we wanted to see. The boat ride was included which was a surprise but very enjoyable. We stayed in the toad hall for our anniversary and honestly so happy we decided to do it here as it didn't disappoint. Cons: Everything was perfect

Very nice stay, loved the location. Short 15/20 minute stroll into central Bath.

Pros: Location, peace and quiet. Bedroom downstairs very cool in the heat! Cons: Mattress not very comfy, duvet very thick and no alternative thin sheet in this heat.

Exceptional

Tranquil location but still close to centre. Especially loved the free morning boat trip to centre of bath and the free hour’s boat hire.
