Pros: Gutes Frühstück. Da es ein Pub ist, kann man auch Essen sowie Getränke bestellen. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es direkt gegenüber. Cons: Das kleine Ausklappbett als drittes Bett war extrem unbequem, man hat die Holzlatten bei draufliegen gespürt. Im Sommer sollte man bedenken, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Pros: Decent sized room, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Cons: Parking at £12.50, tho could have tried alternatives. Lancing itself is fairly dull, nothing the hotel can do about that.

Cons: It's not clear on the booking that you have to pay £12.50 for parking. It's not until you start opening up all the extra details that parking is extra. Based on that I will not stay there again or recommend this property. Plus it's only £4 to park across the road by which time I'd paid the £12.50. Never again

Pros: Breakfast was delicious as were the fish and chips we had for dinner. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach and we walked a long way along the prom before having tea and cake in the cafe there. Cons: Upfront information about the times the kitchen was open and the fact there was a charge for the onsite parking.
