Good hotel to base yourself in
Pros: For a boutique hotel it was lovely. Nice room and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful Cons: It is a warren. Took me a while to find my room

Pros: Beautiful hotel, kind and helpful staff. The woman who checked me in was really helpful and kind (I can't remember her name). My room was lovely and comfortable and the shower pressure excellent. I'm glad that I got the breakfast, it was excellent...I remember a staff member called Betty who was very professional and kind. Cons: Nothing although I do think the carpets in the main hallway could be a bit nicer, they don't fit the style of the hotel at all. However I loved my stay and would definitely return.

Ok, clean and reasonably priced but not exceptional.
Pros: Cheap and clean with an ok restaurant. Situated in what is clearly a student area. Cons: We were on the ground floor and people were talking loudly outside our window which woke us around 4am.

A vintage property with great food and convenient location
Pros: I liked being in a building that was once a home. All three meals I ate here were very good and substantial. Being located on the shaded New Walk made walking to the town center convenient. Cons: I liked everything.
