Will not be staying there any longer - disappointed.

Pros: The price sounded good and the location was fine. Cons: The size of the room, low toilet seat (I have both knees replaced and it was a struggle getting up from the toilet), cow webs and bugs in the corner of the door as you came in, very dark room - we were assigned room 101 right on the first floor by the back entrance. They started to clean up breakfast at 9.40 am and breakfast should have been served till 10 am. We have decided we will not be staying as this property anymore. We always told our friends to stay at this property, but we told them not to stay there as it was not a pl

The room was very small and not the quality of other Best Western Hotels. It was way overpriced.

Pros: We appreciated the staff manning the lobby desk and the beds at Best Western are always comfortable. Cons: The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, some tiles were damaged along the floor and in the surrounding wall of the tub, the water from the shower tended to spill onto the floor due to the water pressure and size of the shower head for the narrow width of the tub, and the window looked out into the hallway which then had another window to the parking lot. We had a refrigerator but no microwave. The small room with a queen size bed was way overpriced.
