Pros: I really liked the hotel's location
Pros: I really liked the hotel's location. And the staff was very attentive.
Cons: The room did not have air conditioning, only a fan. The refrigerator did not cool well. In fact, it seemed to heat more than cool. A renovation of the bedspreads would be good. The one in our room was stained. The breakfast was quite basic and not very varied. It would be a point to improve.

A nice hotel but shortcomings should be addressed
Pros: Central location, Victorian houses, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The room is small, the window does not open, no air conditioning, the fan ran all night and made noise. I couldn't sleep well.

Good considering the high prices in London.
Pros: The location is very central and less than a 10-minute walk to the subway. The breakfast buffet was good and varied.
Cons: The carpet in the room was dusty and dirty in the corners and under the tables. The fridge didn't work, the bathroom was like a sauna, the bed was hard, and the bed linens were rough.

Pros: Good location, nice, quiet area, yet very convenient for transportation.
Cons: Tiny double room in the attic, south-facing and without air conditioning
Pros: Good location, nice, quiet area, yet very convenient for transportation.
Cons: Tiny double room in the attic, south-facing and without air conditioning. At 28°C outside temperature, it was unbearable with only a small table fan. Double bed about 1.40 m too narrow, especially in the heat. Bathroom very small but clean with a new shower. However, it smelled bad from the old pipes.

Our Bluebells Break
Pros: The beautiful leafy location, the very comfortable room, and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: The continental breakfast was perfectly acceptable and plentiful but a little unimaginative. Would have been improved by less sugary cereals and authentic continental bread.
