Never stay there again. I didn't feel safe at all

Extremely disappointing.
Pros: The front desk lady was super sweet & charismatic. Seemed to genuinely care, and was super welcoming. Cons: Literally everything else. My room was dirty. There was hair on the bed sheets and pillows and serious stains everywhere. There was also hair in the jacuzzi and when I turned on the shower the water on the floor of it was sudsy because there was still soap in it…. It seriously was like nobody had cleaned it at all. Disgusting, I left early and didn’t sleep here. The rooms are also outdated. On top of all of this there were people walking around the building all hours of the night &
