Pros: The location was great and the hotel is beautiful Cons: Not enough friendliness and staff not very welcoming. Not responsive enough for a palace. Too slow when asking for something and not smiling enough.

Feel like you have to be high up to be treated right, it's like they forget about everyone who does not have a big name

Excellent, I recommend it, it is somewhat expensive
Pros: Location, hotel conditions, cleanliness, room, attention in the lobby. Everything was excellent. Cons: High price, parking fee
