Pros: I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. I made the booking very late at night because I was exhausted and wanted to avoid driving any further
Pros: I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. I made the booking very late at night because I was exhausted and wanted to avoid driving any further. Shortly after briefly checking in and entering the room, I realised I had an unexpected period-related issue and my clothing had become stained. I urgently needed to wash my clothes. When I went downstairs to ask about laundry, I was told I would need cash or coins, and I also realised I would need to go out again to buy some basic essentials. At that point, I felt overwhelmed and very distressed, because the stay was no longer practica
