Pros: Great location but one must be fit as there are always stairs to climb. The property is located on a slope Cons: Cleanliness and maintenance condition inadequate. We washed all the dishes right after arrival, everything was covered in a greasy film. All bathrooms smelled like sewage, which didn't go away. All utensils are heavily worn out. Corroded fittings, a wobbly toilet bowl, etc. The houses are close together so you can hear the neighbors well
