Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The parking situation is terrible. When I tried ribgetvoutvof the parking garage I had to wait there until staff came to help... 15 min. I then had to park a half mike away to avoid the garage. When I went to take a shower... the body soap was completely empty. I used the shampoo on my body.

Terrible experience
Our experience with this hotel was not only bad it was terrible the customer service was rude and not helpful the self parking is a complete joke they we had to go back and forth to the desk for help with the garage door and they did not help at all we could not get our car out and it was miserable I would 100% not recommend coming and spending your night here
