I would not repeat
Positive: they waited for us to check in (note, they close at 6). The bathroom is spacious and acceptable. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant and is not bad. Negative: obvious lack of cleanliness (stained comforters, hairs, dirty common area tablecloths, and a sunken mattress with holes)
