Pros: Location and cleanliness, staff are VERY helpful and kind Cons: Sometimes it is waaaaay too expensive. It's an OK hotel, doesn’t need to raise prices way too high

Great hotel, would stay again
Pros: Conveniently located and the rooms were immaculate. Very well laid out design that felt spacious and generous. Gym was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was really impressive for a hotel gym. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Cons: It was perfect.

Luxury stay in Tokyo
I loved the 5 star luxury. The excellent staff. My room with a spectacular view. The pool and jacuzzi. 40th floor bar with city views. The restaurant. The location. All fabulous

Amazing 🤩
Pros: Location to Shibuya crossing, nightlife and shopping district and train station was great Cons: Bit confusing when we first arrived navigating how to get there due to construction around Shibuya train station
