Great location and good amenities
Great Location close to Charlestown Shopping Square in a quiet Street. Great Apartment lay with both bedrooms and both bathrooms upstairs. It has good amenities: TV Washing machine/dryer, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle etc, however cleanliness is lacking - it could do with a deep clean.
I’ve already spoken to property management about the broken glass, mould/dirty back deck, cigarette butts under the cushions on the couch, and the dirty sticky floors that made the whole house smell l

Not to mention it was freezing cold and no extra blankets, and we were told we were getting upgrade by sending us to this property with two bathrooms (but it didn’t)!

Issues with property
Was rather disappointing. Photo of the property does not go with the actual view of the front of the property. The adjoining doors between two different apartments were not locked. One of the blind’s chain in the second bedroom was broken. Hazel
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Read the reviews, don’t stay here. 1. The Expedia ad notes balcony, lock up garage, ‘luxury’ apartment. 2. The balcony is unable to be used due to some structural issue! 3. The garage didn’t lock, leaving open entry to anyone from outside 4. The unit wasn’t clean - the towels were dirty, bathrooms mouldy, soap from previous visitors still in the shower! General stains and marks everywhere that looked generally like nothing had been cleaned. 5. Really noisy - lots of other tenants out playing late at night 6. The internet didn’t work. 7. After noticing all this I checked
