We spent a good time in our well-equipped Platinum Apartment, it was nice and quiet. The apartment right on the beach was very nice, we had a beautiful view. The room cleaning and laundry service were excellent. We had booked all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good but could be improved. The staff was attentive and friendly. Especially at the bar and in the restaurant on our island, we were very satisfied with the staff. Unfortunately, we had to realize at the bar that there is a premium all-inclusive option and we had to pay extra for this service. We had booked a massage packag

Wir haben eine gute zeit in unserem gut ausgestatteten Platinum Apartment verbracht, es wahr schön ruhig und entspannt. Das Apartment direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht. Die zimmereeinigung umd der Wäscheservice wahren ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten all inklusive gebucht. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen wahren gut, kann aber noch verbessert werden. Das Personal wahr aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders an der Bar und im Restaurant auf unserer Insel wahren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal. Leider musten wir an der Bar feststellten das es noch ein Pre

The structure is divided into two islands, we stayed in the platinum where we found first of all an accommodation in the villa (no. 411) that unfortunately did not have a beach in front (eroded), and then after two nights we moved to another one (401) which was definitely more suitable. Overall, the adult-only all-inclusive service and the availability of the staff were excellent, as they found a solution to replace the villa after two days. The beach is of a coral type, and it is strongly recommended to have water shoes for access to the sea.
