Pros: Location could not be better. The staff - I have stayed in a lot of hotels where the staff were really good… but the staff here were on another level… so polite, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel… if I return to Rotterdam I would not stay anywhere else… Cons: Rooms a little smaller…. But… perfectly laid out that it did not become an issue …

Great location and comfortable room with a really big bed. Easy access to city centre and public transport.
Nice and modern hotel with friendly staff
Pros: Happy to say that all staff members were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and clean. You can order all kinds of drinks and several small bites/meals at the bar. Location is next to train and metro entrance Blaak, which is ideal for travelling by public transport. This hotel has 2 elevators with 4 floors. Check-ins are self-service, but there is always someone around for help. Cons: Rooms are modern but rather small. Beds are placed against the window with a nice view but it means you can only get out on one side which is not ideal for a 2 person stay.

Pros: The good location. Super nice staff. Cons: The concept does not fit us. Open bathroom in the room, tiny sink at the entrance. Shower toilet combo in the cabin. No window that can be opened.
