Pros: Location - adjacent to Russell Square. Soft bottom and nice restaurants - for breakfast, a manager. And more. Small, clean and shiny apartments. A team that responds to everything quickly - correspondence by email. There is an option for laundry at no cost. No room cleaning but it suits us. There is a small kitchenette which is convenient. Air-conditioned apartment - European standard - it was enough and we were there in the summer, there was also a heat of 36 degrees. Cons: Cramped bathroom: small and uncomfortable sink.
