Cons: Staff so busy checking people in .One large towel and no washcloths in the room. Had to get from the pool the night before since we left 6 am for the airport and didn’t realize we didn’t have any until the morning.

Der Spa-Bereich war schön, leider hatten wir keine Zeit es zu nützen Cons: Es gab eine feuchte Stelle im Vorzimmer, die wir an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, es wurde sehr schnell darauf reagiert! Der technische Leiter war sofort vor Ort und hat sich entschuldigt und die Reparatur in Auftrag gegeben.
Great location for visiting the Mall of America,breakfast was minimal, housekeeping needs patience.
Pros: Location was perfect for us. Cons: On our last day, housekeeping entered our room before we checked out. They didn’t even knock. I was in the bathroom and heard the door open and someone said there’s still a purse, then I heard the door close. This was almost an hour and a half before checkout time. I understand wanting to get your work done but they should wait until the front desk tells them that the room has checked out.
