Pros: How helpful the check-in person was but at the end didn't check us in the right way... 4 adults stayed in the room, and he only checked 1 and the check-out person (Paddy) charged my card $20 without my authorization stating that I had sneaked in my brother and father when that was not the case. Cons: We checked in... was not asked how many people were staying... in small talk informed the check-in guy it was going to be my brother, mother, father, and little daughter and he only checked 1 person in.
