Pros: Breakfast added Cons: Breakfast wasn’t continuously being check to refill. They ran out of things and didn’t stock back up and it was only 8am

I am requesting a refund from Booking.com.
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Location was close to the reason I was there. Cons: My air conditioning did not work. Had to be moved to a different room. The bathroom light did not work in the new room. The room was very overpriced for the quality.

Pros: Nothing Cons: DID NOT STAY. Due to Roaches on the beds and walls - left as soon as I turned on the lights and still waiting to see if they’ll even give me a refund
