Arrived and was checked in swiftly, room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the whole stay

Pros: The staff was very friendly and quickly got us checked in. They offered a decent selection on the breakfast as well. The room was very clean and well taken care of. Cons: No complaints

Comfort Suites Hotel Elkridge MD was not a great place.

Pros: Once inside my room I was good. It was clean. Cons: NO HELP FROM THE GIRL I CHECKED IN WITH. THE LUGGAGE ON THE CART WAS small AND IT KEPT FALLING OFF AND OR FALLING THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE CART. I AM 74 YEARS OLD AND THE GIRL DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP ME OR GET SOME HELP. ALSO, THE PARKING LOT WAS BLOCKED OFF AS I PARKED IN FRONT AND UNLOADED MY CAR THEN I HAD TO BACK UP BECAUSE THE CONES WERE ACROSS THE PATHWAY TO GO PARK. THERE WAS NO ROOM TO BACK UP AND EASILY MANUVER TO FIND A PLACE TO PARK! THOSE THINGS ARE MADDENING!!
