Pros: good food and drink availability ..wasnt crowded when we were there so a relaxing experience on the beach and the resort Cons: the buffet wasn't exceptional and food would not get replaced once over...that was a bit of a let down...one had to keep asking

Overall a very disappointing experience

Cons: Conflicting information from multiple staff in Reception Failure of housekeeping to provide requested wine in fridge on 2 of 3 nights Failure of management to make available a corner suite, as depicted in the online photo of the suite we booked. Instead we were given only a much smaller non corner suite. We were told that the photo was merely "indicative" of some of the suites in the same category, thereby effectively agreeing that the photo was intentionally misleading to justify charging a higher price for the smaller suite. Then refusing a price adjustment . All dinner dining

Definitely not going back to this hotel.

Pros: Food was v poor and not up to standard for a supposedly 5* hotel. V basic food like a 3.5* hotel. Most days food were inedible esp during dinner. We had to change to different restaurants as tapas was so poor. Cons: Food and cocktails were v bad.
