Unprofessional Restaurant Conduct Overshadowed an Otherwise Pleasant Stay
Pros: The only positive aspect was the reception team, who were kind, helpful, and the complete opposite of the restaurant staff. Cons: Extremely disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were consistently rude, scolding us for simple questions, responding in an unprofessional tone, and even telling us to “go complain at reception” instead of addressing their own behavior. Their attitude was unempathetic and made the entire meal experience uncomfortable.

Pros: El personal muy agradable y la ubicación excelente Cons: El colchón es de pésima calidad. Lo leí en comentarios antes de completar la reserva y pensé que eran exageraciones , pero la realidad lo supera.
