Our reception was very warm. We received good information about our stay.
Pros: We were very pleased with the handwritten welcome message (in German). The room is very stylishly furnished. Sufficient and beautifully presented Italian breakfast. Punctual delivery to the room. Completely satisfied. Good parking nearby. A private well-guarded parking garage. A bit expensive but worth taking. Cons: Next time we will book a room facing the large square towards the castle. It would have been nicer than the room with a view of the backyard.

Royal Palace, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep
Pros: Location was perfect and the room was comfortable with lovely window views. Royal Palace, cafes, restaurants, etc., literally at your doorstep. Having breakfast brought to our room was a lovely touch, due to no dining room. Cons: Not really a negative as it’s normal in Europe but the AC in our room was struggling to cool down the temperature during the summer heat.
