Pros: Breakfast was expensive, but very nice Cons: Bed was really, really short and narrow. I know I'm tall, but my feet were sticking out 30-40cm. Also had to spoon with my spouse, otherwise one of us would be on the floor. No Airconditioning. Bad water pressure. Standing in the tub you had to lean towards the shower head to be under it. Glass wall in the bathroom didn't stop the water from running out of the room. And to top it off the cleaning staff threw away my wives medication... when confronting the staff there was nothing they could do because "the cleaning staff has been with us for y

A wonderful escape in a period property.
Pros: Such a beautiful hotel, comfortable and quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Perfect place to relax after a busy day at Prescott.
Pros: Lovely old property kept in keeping with its history but with modern additions. Excellent private parking for a vintage car, quiet area of Cheltenham. Staff cheerful and helpful, excellent breakfast. Cons: Nothing

Staff were friendly , but not 5* very basic , very disappointing
Pros: Not a lot !! Definitely NOT 5*. Very disappointing Cons: No lift and we had so many stairs to climb . Very very basic , there was mouse poo on the table .outside . The fountain had no water and when asked why , they said they couldn’t be bothered to refill it !! Very misleading in the description . So disappointed with everything !
