We have stayed here in the past but don’t think we will return.
Pros: Location Cons: No one was at front desk in the evening to voice our concerns. Room was musty smelling. The elevator did not go down from our 4th floor. We had to have someone walk down a floor to send up the elevator. Such a hassle to bring our baggage down when we checked out. Sketchy people were hanging out around the property that did not appear to be staying. Did not feel safe!

Overpriced hotel with noisy air conditioning and poor breakfast
Pros: I selected this hotel for its proximity to the home of a family member. Cons: We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't cleaned. They appeared to only clean between guests, not each night. This is not a bargain hotel, so cutting a basic service is not appropriate. The breakfast is very poor, low quality food, lots of cheap carbohydrates, mediocre apples and oranges (why not a banana, which is a more consistent fruit), basically a lack of appetizing, healthy choices. To top it all off, I don't know which was noisier, the air conditioning or the refrigerator...
