Pros: Staff were very helpful

Pros: Staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our room and with no questions they resolved the issue there and then. Food was yummilicous! The restaurant there was really good. Cons: Only a little downfall - the service was a little slow in the restaurant but nothing major

Ideal location and great hotel facilities but breakfast wasn't at the same level

Pros: All other aspects other than a weak breakfast score were very good, so it won't stop me staying again Cons: Breakfast is a buffet which at 0730 had been standing for a while so had hard eggs, soggy potatoes and dried out bacon and sausages. Not untypical, but the chance to have a freshly cooked breakfast would be more appropriate to a Crown Plaza.
