Enjoy your stay
Pros: Everything was excellent. The owner was very attentive. The bed was super comfortable and the place itself very safe so I could sleep peacefully. The balcony was spacious to sit and have some mate and enjoy the sun. And I enjoyed some good movies on Netflix. Cons: Everything was very good.

Comfortable apartment
Pros: Excellent hosts Seba and Daniela, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need, it is on the first floor with stairs and an elevator, and the garage is in the basement of the same building. Closed complex with security. Cons: It needs to improve cleanliness and some maintenance. The sheets and blanket were stained, but the bed was comfortable. And it should be noted that it is 30 meters from where the freight train passes, waking us up from 6 am.

Good things, some shortcomings
Pros: Safe and quiet location. Large, adequate space. Fully equipped Cons: Broken refrigerator in the first location. In the second location (we were moved) water leakage in the toilet.
