Not a good Hilton experience
No vent in bathroom ( or not working) Noisy HVAC Pay parking on small tortuous lot with nails Poor boarding pass set-up (no real seating) No coffee station except room brewer without convenient outlet Housekeeping just dumped towels on bed a laid new trash liner across waste basket. Not a good Hilton experience

A good place to stay
Pros: Always clean, comfortable, and in a great location Cons: This time I was disappointed in staff response for an extra blanket. It took three calls and about three hours to receive an extra blanket

Good stay, everything as described.
Nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean and as described. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The hotel had many international guests (world cup) but it wasn't as crowded as we were expecting. We would stay here again in the future.

A/C on shuttles
As always, the staff is great, and we could not make it without Rowdy and Sam! That being said, PLEASE fix the A/C on the shuttles. It's bad enough on the non-patients but the patients don't need to be submitted to the sweltering Houston heat! Thank you!
