Cons: Good afternoon, this seemed like a mockery, racism, etc. When I arrived at the site, they told me the room was no longer available and they had already charged me. I had no choice but to sleep in my truck. Be careful, don't let the same thing happen to you. I hope Booking refunds my money and does not allow this.

Pros: The neighborhood was quiet, although I noticed a police vehicle almost every night. It's close to where I needed to be, and I am familiar with the area so I am aware of my surroundings. Cons: It's cozy and quiet, the owner doesn't interfere, was supportive and allowed me to check in a little early
