good place in a convenient location
do get the parking at the hotel, it is cheaper than the surrounding parking, but the car is parked away from the hotel

The location was great and parking was easy.
Pros: Breakfast eggs were cold but the breakfast items that were supposed to be cold (yogurt etc) were fine. Cons: I did ask for a receipt to be emailed to me and it never came. I had to call and ask again.

Great location , clean and new spacious room
Pros: The hotel is very new and pretty clean, it’s great location gained itself much points. It is location just a few minutes from the River walk and many other downtown places, restaurants, cafes etc. Cons: No daily housekeeping. But if you request over the front desk , they would arrange to clean -up or dust-up your room for u :)

Well located, very spacious rooms. On the 12th floor, the noise from the AC machines is bothersome at night

Guest services by every hotel employee. Hotel was conveniently located in downtown.
