Pulling up outside apartments to drop off bags was tricky as no room for turning around.

Pros: Loved the fact that it had a washing machine. Loved the telly as well. The place was really homey like it was our own. The kitchen was even equipped with a lot of utensils we didn't expect to be provided
Cons: The page said there are toiletries but didn't find any shampoo or body wash.

Beautiful flat
Pros: Obviously finished to a very high standard. Tv nice size, shower nice.
Cons: Only seats for three people when it sleeps four. It was 36 degrees when we walked in, as it said it on the wall, so uncomfortably hot even with open windows and fans, would benefit from cooling fans or air con fitted.
No parking is a pain

Great place to stay to visit Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.
Pros: Great location. Very comfortable. Good communication with the company before our visit.
Cons: Heavy doors to access property.
Very warm in this weather though thankfully there were fans for the bedrooms.
No small sharp knives for preparing food and no dishcloth, only a sponge/scourer.
Water was constantly running in the toilet which I reported.
Could do with some new pillows.
