Pros: Stacia worked the bar area like a pro. She was the highlight of the visit. She was amazing. Cons: The snacks were terrible at turn down. The floor in that area was sticky the entire visit. The omelet bar was closed on Sunday morning. The photos online were outdated and there is no jacuzzi. They were conducting a remodel on our floor. It smelt like paint. Our door would not close correctly and kids ran around the hotel 24 hours a day.

Worst stay EVER!!!!
I don’t write reviews like this, but after what my family has experienced, I would feel guilty if I didn’t warn other travelers. We booked an Embassy Suites by Hilton because we expected the level of quality and reliability that comes with the Hilton name. Instead, we’ve spent our stay wondering which basic necessity would stop working next. We are now going on day three without air conditioning. The hotel’s solution was to place a box fan in our room. When we asked to be moved, we were told the hotel was completely full, so our family of five was expected to simply live with it. Then we lo
