Very bad customer service
Pros: I booked in advance and once I was on my way (hours away) I was sent and email/txt saying they had overbooked and I should find another place. Very very bad customer service Cons: Very bad customer service

The check-in process went smoothly, with no issues
The check-in process went smoothly, with no issues. However, less than 20 minutes after arriving in my room, I found cockroaches—including some near the trash can. I killed them and initially gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but more kept appearing in different areas of the room, even on the bed. At that point, I was no longer comfortable staying there, so I went to the front desk to check out, but there was no one there to assist me. I then tried to cancel through Booking.com to get a refund, but I received no response.
Didn’t actually stay because the place was filthy and staff was rude and flat out disrespectful.
Cons: The front desk staff was the rudest I have ever experienced while traveling. I waited for 30 min to check in and when I finally got to the desk, I politely asked if the room I had reserved was still the same and the lady went off on me. I was floored because I was just double checking after she had told 2 people in front of me that they were out of those rooms. I saw three separate families leaving because the place was disgusting.
