The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone traveling to the Philippines for St Luke’s. The walk was very easy and convenient. The room was a great size and the hotel was fairly quiet. There were some nights that you could hear the street traffic, but it wasn’t distracting or unbearable. The restaurant was great. Lots of options and open all day/night. The staff was amazing from the concierge to the front desk, to the restaurant and housekeeping. Although the room and hotel may seem a little old, it was well kept, so it made up for it. I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is particularly convenient within walking distance to a nearby mall, which made dining and shopping easily accessible. The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, such as umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which came in handy during rainy weather. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a designated seating area at the ground floor main entrance. I don't normally review hotels but .......
Do not recommend - there are other good hotels in this district in this price range. Major issues with the general maintenance of the rooms and fraudulent charges. After I had left the hotel, they tried to charge me for damaging a hand towel that was never used or even taken off the towel rail. They backed down after raising a dispute. The charge wasn't a lot, but it is the principle. I recommend photographing all your towels before checking out of the room. Shower taps were damaged and not easy to turn on or set the correct temperature - the hardware needs replacing. My colleague's room had a
