Very pleasant. The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The staff was great. Upon arrival, the overnight staff member told me that the room I booked wasn’t available so I ended up in a double bed but would be a le to switch rooms in the morning. I was so tired, I didn’t care. I was ready to go to bed. Sure enough, the next morning, I went down and talked to the morning shift person and she took care of me. Got in my king suite and everything was all good. Oh btw, because I originally had booked just a king bed and it wasn’t available, the overnight staff member upgraded me to a king suite free of charge. You can’t beat that! Cons: It was a li

I booked through booking.com I called the hotel they tell me they don't have a confirmation number that I gave them 😕 so those are my scores I didn't even get the opportunity to stay
