A fabulous venue

Pros: This house is outstanding. Lovely facilities. Such a great place for a group of 30 of us. Michelle on the phone was fab. Eilish was so nice, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. The bed linen and beds were very nice and comfortable. They even bought us a pot of tea for the weekend. The whole venue was clean and tidy and we were able to enjoy a weekend just to ourselves. We didn't even leave the venue. There is no need. We got everything delivered to us except a meal in McMunns (which was fabulous!) A great venue. Definitely book it! Cons: I think if I had any feedback a

Stunning location for a large group gathering

Pros: Beautiful place, gorgeous decor! Was clean, warm and comfortable. Perfect place for a get together for a large group. Very central but private. Close to Ballybunion's stunning beach and cliff walk. Shops, cafes and pubs at your doorstep. The bar area, hot tub and spa pool were a huge hit! Cons: The only things lacking were proper tea coffee facilities (there's just a kettle). It's a little on the expensive side, but with 30+ people it works out as good value for a weekend break.
